The 9 days of Mother Divine are very auspicious and powerful days of
Goddess Shakti Power. The Devi or Divine Goddess has mystical and far-reaching power
over the manifest creation as well as the process of enlightenment. She is
unfathomable and beyond understanding. However, she is just as approachable as
any mother. Every mother knows how much she will do to advance the life
of her child, protect her child from harm, clear her child's path to success
and development.
The Nine Days of Mother Divine come twice a year: in the spring and in the fall. The timing
of the Nine Days revolves around the junction point of climactic change and
solar influence that occur twice a year. At these two times of year, all of nature undergoes a
transformation, purification and is charged with the Divine Power
of the Goddess.
